Mario: My main focus is supporting our customers and partners in Switzerland while building new relationships. That means I spend a lot of time on the road, meeting clients, presenting our solutions, and advising them to ensure they get exactly what they need. Of course, there’s also an organizational side to my role - I handle offers, contracts, projects, and licenses. I also enjoy conducting training sessions because I believe it’s essential for our customers to get the most out of samwin. Then there are trade fairs and events where I represent the company. In short, I’m constantly engaging with customers, partners, and our internal team to deliver the best possible solutions together!
