IT Service Engineer
(m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities
As an IT Service Engineer in the telecommunications sector, you will work independently for an innovative software company based in Tyrol. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless installation and configuration of our call center and mediation applications for our enterprise clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a combination of office work, remote tasks, and occasional on-site client visits.
In addition to technical implementation, your responsibilities include leading client workshops, coordinating with internal teams, partner companies, and customers, as well as preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of our software solutions at client sites
- Conducting client training sessions (on-site and at our training center)
- Customizing and configuring software installations to meet client needs
- Providing software support to clients
- Offering technical assistance to the sales team
- Planning and implementation of modern AI assistant solution together with the customer
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, contribute proactively to our projects, and demonstrate their expertise.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Educational background in IT or telecommunications (HTL or a university degree preferred)
- or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge in telecommunications or networking technologies
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
