Overview

To guarantee the optimal operation of the samwin Contact Center Suite, all installations are handled by our certified partners or directly by one of our in-house engineers

Expert Installation

This optional service can be added to any order and typically takes 2 to 4 days, depending on the scope and requirements. Installations can be performed on-site or remotely, based on the complexity and size of the project. Remote installation options will be evaluated as necessary. Please note, particularly complex installations may require additional time.
