samwin's next generation at the 2011 BusinessForum
Newly visualized developments in communication and interaction within samwin were center-stage at the samwin 2011 BusinessForum in Achenkirch. Never before have visitors been so impressed by samwin's new, upcoming features as this year.
samwin keynote
Just under 50 participants were in Achenkirch, where samwin showcased the future of the next generation in contact center and console solutions. The keynote speech by Markus Meixner "Design meets Communication" finally unveiled the mysteries around the Miami Code Project and laid the foundation stone for the next samwin generation.
The additional samwin WorkshopDay and the supporting programme also met with great approval, underlining the exclusive nature of the event. The third WorkshopDay also provided all manner of up-to-date technical and sales information; it also highlighted trends in the samwin product portfolio.
We hope that this year, as in previous years, every participant took home with them many useful and lasting memories.
