The samwin Presence Service now also integrates the presence status of Webex users into the samwin phone directories and makes them available to your agents.

In addition to general subscriber information such as calendar entries, telephone numbers or location, presence information from Webex can now be shown. This enables the attendant workstation to get information about the availability of individual employees and guarantees an efficient working method.
The presence information is queried centrally on the samwin 10 server and is available to all attendant workstations. Interaction at the client or by the participants is not necessary.
