samwin counts on ChatGPT

In the context of internal test and development projects samwin was successfully linked with the AI giant ChatGPT (OpenAI).
Thereby the full ChatGPT functionality is accessed and a caller in samwin can talk directly to ChatGPT. A very exciting, visionary, sometimes funny excursion into the world of AI.

In addition to the familiar contact center functions, samwin now offers the interfaces to communicate with ChatGPT via telephone call. In doing so, the ChatGPT environment was specifically supplemented with project-specific information, which callers could access immediately. The potential and the application possibilities resulting from such a samwin setup are immense. However, this project has also shown that it will take some time before ChatGPT can be used reliably in professional corporate communications.

We as telecommunication software gmbh see a high potential of AI in the contact center environment in the future. In which scenarios, scopes and time horizons AI will be integrated into contact centers, however, cannot yet be clearly stated. From our point of view, there is a very broad spectrum of applications ranging from accompanying and supporting functions to fully AI-based voice agents.

The entire project will be continued internally at samwin and will be closely monitored with regard to technological developments in this segment. As soon as effective and reliable applications emerge, we will test and implement them in samwin and make them available to our customers.
