Function
A “VIP List” function gives you peace and quiet from unwelcome callers. They are added to the list and their calls are rejected in future at the push of a button and using a predefined filter. This also works without having to answer the call. This is not only valuable if you wish to protect yourself from nuisance calls in a classical stalking scenario, it’s also useful if, for example, you have been accidentally added to a fax list and your number is repeatedly dialed without you being able to do anything about it. The next time you receive a call from the blocked number, a notification is generated by e-mail.
Compatibility:
The function is available from samwin version 6 and is used in both contact center and attendant console modes. Furthermore, this function can also be used without samwin front end.
