In order to guarantee optimum operation of the samwin Contact Center suite, installations are performed by our trained partners or directly by one of our in-house engineers.

Installed by Specialists

This service can optionally be added to any purchase order and entails 2-4 days of work, depending on the size of the installation and the requirements. Depending on their size and complexity, installations can either be carried out directly on-site or on a remote basis. If necessary, the possibility of remote installation must be checked. Please note that particularly complex installations may take more time.
