The Announcement package is a high-grade application which enables callers to speak and input voice messages quickly and easily via any phone. One example is fault announcements, which are spoken and publicized directly by phone. They can be changed in real time.

Furthermore, fault announcements can be quickly adapted to suit any scenario using a pull-down menu in the web-based Administration module. In addition, announcements can be input via the IVR system and be put into operation immediately.
