We at telecommunication software have made a few changes to our SAMwin trainings. This does not in any way mean that you will have less opportunities to become a SAMwin guru, but rather we have specialised the trainings into the different modules of SAMwin.CAS and SAMwin.CBC. The SAMwin Certified Professional training is still available. The depth and the quality of our trainings still remains the anchor and pride of our trainings.
As a producer of high quality Call Accounting System programs, it is our goal to give our distributors as much support as possible. We have hence developed a new set of trainings to be able to deliver this objective with the best of our abilities. These trainings with emphasis on system integration and practice were established to train the technical personnel to the standard demanded by the customers.

Just as for the previous versions, the arrival of SAMwin 4.x is accompanied by our special new trainings in Innsbruck. For those of you who did not manage the last few trainings that took place, don't worry, more have been planned. So there is really no way you can miss out on becoming a SAMwin Guru! However if you can not meet any of these dates please do not despair as we are planning many more trainings in the future!
