samwin 5.1 SIP based contact center suite is now certified for Cisco CUCM 8.0
After completing Cisco’s rigorous certification process, the samwin contact center suite version 5.1 has been certified for the Cisco Communications Manager 8.0. This is the culmination of over 4 years of engineering work of the samwin SIP software technology in a Cisco environment.
