With the new release 5.0.3 of the SAMwin contact center suite, we offer a wide variety of detail enhancements in many product areas. The enhancements will benefit customers with a large number of extensions, and customers who need to get the best from the integrated telephone directory.

Attendant as the hub of company information
With the samwin attendant, more information can now be more clearly displayed than ever before. This is made possible by a ‘Tabbed View’ feature in the detail view section of the telephone directory. Another great feature is that each tab can show not just samwin information, but also external data from user-defined web pages.

Telephone directory search by similar terms
samwin attendants from now on can also search for members on the basis of similar names and terms. One of the slick new features is the possibility of adjusting this similarity range using a scroll bar. This new search function can be used in conjunction with the well-established Multi-Field Search, Partial Search and Chain Search functions.

Highly scalable presence interfaces
samwin customers now benefit from high-performance interfaces to presence systems such as Microsoft OCS, Lotus Notes or Exchange. Operators can now see the presence status of up to 100,000 extensions. As usual, samwin customers do not require any additional hardware for this, saving costs and energy.

Voicemail system in a class of its own
With the newly developed voicemail system from samwin, you can now also be contacted outside your business hours. In addition to central and web-based administration, the outstanding feature of this solution is that it can be fully integrated into other samwin modules such as the attendant console, the IVR or the Call Center.


The new version is now available to download in the samwin online area, for all partners and customers with a service agreement. All the latest orders and new installations can benefit from these new samwin contact center suite functions.
