Avaya Nortel take over
As Avaya moves to takeover Nortel's enterprise business by the end of this year, it is still unclear as to what will be the new look of the Avaya/Nortel unified product portfolio.
From the Telecommunication Software’s customers point of view, this takeover seems to pose a dilemma; Do you stay with Nortel products, migrate to Avaya or choose a different vendor?
As CEO of Telecommunication Software, I would like to clarify our position to this new market situation. We support all major PBX platforms, including of course Nortel and Avaya. In a fast changing world, vendor independent products offers significant advantages over proprietary solutions and SAMwin customers are free to decide their PBX vendor. This is great news for all our SAMwin customers!
