If you have problems while installing samwin contact center suite, or defects occur during operation, a competent support team is ready to help.  A maintenance contract for the installation in question is required.

Several types of maintenance contracts are available for the samwin contact center suite to meet your needs.  Optional upgrade assurance is also available to always keep your installation up to date (Service Package large). 

If you do not have any of these maintenance contracts, you have the option of purchasing support tickets for individual queries (charged per ticket).
