In order to guarantee that the samwin contact center suite performs as well as possible, installations will be carried out by our trained partners, or directly by one of our in-house engineers.

This service may be requested as an option for every order and usually takes 2-4 days, depending on the size and requirements of the installation.

Installations can be carried out directly on site or remotely, depending on size and complexity.  Note that the availability of such a remote installation must be evaluated up front, since remote service implies specific additional requirements on the project.

Note that particularly complex installations may require more on-site of off-site installation service.
