As a vendor-neutral solution, samwin is able to provide numerous open data interfaces, so that the telephone directory can receive and combine information from various sources.


The samwin attendant has up to 254 freely-definable columns, which can be searched and grouped as required.

Numerous modern search algorithms are available to the user in the interface. As well as the simple search and the combined search, a full text and phonetic search, more than anything, else represents a distinctive feature for handling subscriber information.


A first-class queue management system

samwin attendant has been providing a fully self-contained and powerful queue management system since 2005. In this software, there exist for the first time functions otherwise found only in the Call Center and these can be used across many different system types.
