Happy birthday, samwin

telecommunication software gmbh was founded by its CEO Markus Meixner in 1990. With the development of samwin CAS (Call Accounting Software), foundations were laid which would prove to be a success in an ever changing growth sector.

1999
Now we`re talking, Germany.

The first sales branch for telecommunications software opens in Germany.

2003
Now we`re talking, Switzerland

The first samwin branch opens in Switzerland.

2005
First client attendant console goes into operation

The first client attendant console, enabling many phone calls to be handled quickly and easily, goes into operation. User-friendly and packed with smart functions, it supports smooth call management.

2006
Switchover to SIP technology

The company switched over to the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) in 2006. SIP is a network protocol for the setup, control and ending of a communication session between two or more users.

Now we`re talking, Denmark.

A further new branch of samwin opens its doors in Denmark.

2008
First contact center goes online

The contact center developed by samwin brings together all the standard communication channels for the first time, e.g. phone, fax, chat or e-mail, facilitating customer-targeted communication through the use of all the means of communication.

Now we`re talking, USA.

The first sales branch for telecommunications software opens in the USA.

2014 sees the emergence of samroxx - the professional attendant console solution for Microsoft Skype for Business.
